Hi I'm Anna. Counselling isn’t just my career, it’s my passion — one that grew out of my own personal journey. I love creating and running training that not only teaches skills but also inspires people to grow, whether that’s students starting out or businesses wanting to support their teams.

I’m also a mum to a wonderfully neurodiverse teenager, which means I’ve learned more about patience, creativity, and thinking outside the box than any textbook could ever teach me! I’m passionate about giving back, especially in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and I believe therapy should always meet people as whole, unique individuals.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my nose in a book, out for a run or laughing far too loudly with my friends. I take my work seriously — but myself, not so much. My favourite guiding quote comes from Irvin Yalom: “I urge you, be curious about your clients.” For me, that curiosity is what makes counselling such a rich, human, and hopeful process.
